Mike Portnoy, who is the former drummer of Dream Theater and current member of Liquid Tension Experiment, mocked the new mask mandates via his official Instagram account.
As you might already know, people had to wear masks since the last year due to the coronavirus outbreak. But recently, some of the states updated their masking guidelines and loosened the masking rules.
After this update, Mike Portnoy wanted to share his humorous side with the community and decided to mock this decision with a funny Slipknot comparison while sharing the pictures of the band members.
Mike mentioned that Slipknot also is wearing masks and they should not wear them anymore because the government lifted the mask madate. With this joke, he put a smile on his followers’ faces.

“Now with the mask mandate finally lifted in the US, I think Slipknot should do their next tour without masks!”
