Actress Megan Fox showcased a nu-metal-inspired appearance earlier this week during a Super Bowl celebration party attended by Machine Gun Kelly, Taylor Swift, and Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce. Since she posted photos on her Instagram alongside MGK, Swift, and Kelce at the post-Super Bowl party, Fox’s new style has become a widely discussed topic. Wearing a spiked choker and a Korn shirt, Fox also had her pink-dyed hair in a bun while posing with a peace sign in the pictures. In the caption of the latest post, she wrote:
“Oh my god guys look how different I… don’t look at all. Turns out it was just a shadowy cell phone pic of me looking like a Ukrainian blowup doll. When in REALITY I look like one of those super expensive silicone real sex dolls you can only get in Japan.”
It wasn’t the Korn shirt that caused the controversy. It was her comment about Ukranian people in her caption. Fox has since received a lot of backlash for the reference.
One user said:
“In reality, you look like a 40-year-old woman and it has nothing to do with the beautiful girls from Ukraine.”
Another mentioned the ongoing wars:
“WTF?! Women in Ukraine are dying right now, because of the war! And a lot of them – in defense of their country. After saying that, you’re not worth a fingernail of our women.”
As a response to the backlash, Fox wrote:
“Dear god. That is NOT what I meant. Ukrainian women are hot af and so in my imagination the blowup dolls would also be hot. Let a girl make a joke for f*cks sake.”
Did MGK Ruin Fox?
Kelly and Fox initiated their relationship in 2021 and took a step further by getting engaged in January 2022. Although there were reports last March suggesting a break in their relationship, the couple has been seen together at numerous events since then, indicating a reconciliation.
In early February, Fox posted a picture with her pink hair, revealing a visible tattoo sleeve on one arm and a lip piercing. Since that time, she has shared several other photo carousels, prompting comments from many people noting the actress’s apparent change in appearance. One comment even mentioned:
“MGK ruined Megan like wtf.”
