Ashley Morgan Smithline was one of the accusers of Marilyn Manson for sexual assault. The model even sued for horrific physical, psychological, and sexual abuse. Recently Smithline declared to Page Six that the rocker’s ex-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood, who was the first to accuse Manson, manipulated her into false rape allegations when she, in reality, wasn’t a victim.

Smithline had given extremely descriptive examples of her horrible experiences with the shock-rocker when she filed the lawsuit. She had said that the first time Manson had raped her when she woke up, her hands were tied; she even described a ‘bad girls’ room’ that was a glass box for women who didn’t obey his desires.

A California district judge dismissed the case after the model didn’t take action to find a new lawyer to represent her in court. Manson’s lawyer even thanked Smithline for not pursuing the lawsuit further and not complying with accusers trying to pursue their agenda.

Now, the well-known model has come out and accused Evan Rachel Wood of manipulating and pressuring her to file the lawsuit and accusing Manson of sexual abuse. She was a part of meetings with other women who claimed to be victims, including Wood, where they would ask her details about what Manson did to her, but Smithline knew that she hadn’t experienced anything that would make her a victim of sexual assault.

Ashley Morgan Smithline’s words about her false rape allegations toward Marilyn Manson:

I succumbed to pressure from Evan Rachel Wood and her associates to make accusations of rape and assault against [Manson] that were not true.”

“While at first, I knew Mr. Warner did not do these things to me; I eventually began to question whether he actually did.”

“I was asked whether [I] was repressing memories to just get through day-to-day life and whether it was easier to not think about what happened than accept reality. They also said it was important for people to come forward so that no one else gets hurt.”

The model shared in her declaration that her statements regarding Marilyn Manson were untrue. She was made to believe and accept things that didn’t happen to her and that she hadn’t repressed any memories like Wood and her associates manipulated her to believe.
