Marilyn Manson’s Sexual Abuse Lawsuit With Ashley Morgan Smithline Gets Tossed Out By Judge

Marilyn Manson has been battling numerous lawsuits charging him with sexual assault. One of those accusations came from model Ashley Morgan Smithline in 2021. She accused the musician of sexual assault, human trafficking, and unlawful imprisonment. However, a California district judge has recently dismissed the lawsuit.

The decision came after Smithline was given three months to hire a new attorney or decide to represent herself after her lawyer left the case in October. The model passed the deadline and didn’t take any action, and the judge dismissed the case against Marilyn Manson.

Following this rule, the singer’s attorney Howard King released a statement and said, “We thank and commend Ashley Smithline for dismissing her claims against Brian Warner without seeking or receiving anything in return.” He continued, “Ms. Smithline has refused to be manipulated by others who are trying to pursue their own agendas against Mr. Warner.”

King later expressed his good wishes to Ashley Morgan Smithline and stressed that the accusers were trying to abuse the legal system with their accusations. He added, “We wish her well and will continue to work to assure that a significant price will be paid by those who have tried to abuse our legal system.”

In May 2021, Smithline spoke to People Magazine and detailed her relationship with Marilyn Manson. The model said Manson raped her, broke her nose, and threw a knife at her during their affair. The model said, “I’m not a victim. I’m a f*cking survivor. I want people to know who he is, and it’s worth it if not one more woman gets hurt again,”

At the beginning of that year, actress Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco started the accusations against the rocker. After they came forward about Manson abusing them sexually, psychologically, and physically, 15 women accused the singer of the same allegations. While some lawsuits continue, another one was dismissed in May 2022. The judge decided in Mason’s favor during his former employee Ashley Walters’ case, which was about the musician’s abuse while she was working for him.
