Machine Gun Kelly has now got a new tattoo, and it’s massive.
The rapper showed off his new piece this Tuesday on Instagram. The tattoo covers his entire upper chest and the majority of his arms. In the picture, he posed shirtless in black pants looking down at the ground to show his new piece. The photo has since garnered almost 250,000 views and is the only picture on his Instagram feed, which he shared with the following caption:
“For spiritual purposes only.”
The tattoo artist Roxx shared the pictures on her account too, with the following caption:
“Made some art with Machine Gun Kelly. Never met a tougher one.”
As a result of the new tattoo, he received backlash from fans. While some stated that the musician ‘wants to be black,’ some thought it was stupid. One user wrote:
“Yeah I don’t know man. So many ruined tats and for what? Black torso phase?”
Some criticized him for ‘wanting to be black’:
“Kells wanted to be accepted by the rap community so he turned black.”
Another comment read:
“Congratulation bro you’re half black.”
Matching Tattoos With Travis Barker

Known to have worked with the Blink-182 drummer numerous times, MGK went on to get matching tattoos with Barker. He and Barker had collaborated before on MGK’s pop-punk album, ‘Tickets to My Downfall.’ The Blink-182 drummer also took on the role of executive producer for ‘Born with Horns,’ MGK’s sixth studio album. After the release of the record, the two got matching tattoos which read ‘born with horns.’
