Lzzy Hale Anxiously Reacts To James Hetfield Watching Halestorm

Halestorm singer Lzzy Hale appeared in a new interview with Primordial Radio, where she revealed she was glad she did not know James Hetfield was watching her set.
During the interview, where she discussed her band playing before Metallica at this year’s Download Festival, the rocker shared her excitement and made it clear that it was a huge thing to play right before them. Following the conversation, she revealed how she reacted to finding out Metallica was watching her set:
“We’re playing before Metallica; some of our roadie guys were like, ‘Hey, did you know that James and Lars are watching your set?’ And I’m like, ‘I did not know that, and I’m glad I didn’t know that, thank you for not telling me that until after.'”
Hale Wants to be the Headliner of the Download Festival
Hale came the closest to headlining any festival with their latest appearance at the Download Festival by taking the stage right before one of the Big Four. Hoping to be the headliner for the festival one day, she acknowledged that it would be worth the pressure:
“Regardless of how much pressure that is, that will definitely be a monumental part. You never run out of your dreams. It’s like you keep crossing some stuff from the bucket list, and then new things keep adding themselves to the bottom.”
Halestorm’s Plans for New Music
After the band is done with their 2023 European tour with Black Veil Brides, they are planning to go back to the studio for a possible upcoming album.
When asked about their plans once they are done with the tour, Hale shared that they had more tours coming up, and the band has already begun writing for another record, so they would try to put that together in their spare time.
After Halestorm is done with the new record, the rockers will be going on another tour next summer. The details are yet to come.
