Liam Gallagher Recalls Noel Gallagher’s Dangerous Accident

Oasis’ Liam Gallagher recently spoke to NME for an interview and remembered when his older brother Noel Gallagher had an accident that could’ve killed him.

Liam and Noel Gallagher were the staple members of Oasis, and their contributions helped the band become a huge success. In 1991, when Liam was working with a band named the Rain, the band was renamed Oasis. After that, Liam decided to invite his brother Noel to join them, and the iconic brothers’ music career in Oasis began.

The Gallagher brothers have shared a tumultuous relationship over the years. Their issues and endless arguments also affected Oasis’ career. It caused many shows to be canceled or delayed and eventually led to Oasis’ disbandment on August 28, 2009.

Speaking to NME, Liam Gallagher talked about his ‘firsts.’ At some point, he revealed the first job he had. According to Liam, he worked with his father way before becoming a rock icon in Oasis. The singer stated that his father had a little firm where he and Noel would put breeze blocks and cement on the beams their father had put.

Liam then said this was a challenging job and revealed that he could have died because he shouldn’t have been near it. Moreover, the singer recalled Noel fell off a few floors and almost broke his back one time after that accident.

During the conversation, Liam Gallagher said the following about the first job he had:

“The first job I had was with my dad. He had a little firm. He put the beams in, and we’d put the breeze blocks in and cement it. It was a very hard job, and I shouldn’t have been anywhere near it because I could have died. I think Noel fell a few floors through once and nearly broke his back.
