Jon Bon Jovi Is Selling His Luxurious Condo For $22 Million

Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi has reportedly decided to sell his $22 million-worth luxurious Greenwich Village condo which is 3,951-square-foot, has four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms.

Founder and frontman of the band Bon Jovi, Jon Bon Jovi has been rocking the stages for almost five decades. Throughout his prolific music career, he has released 15 studio albums and two solo albums. Currently, the musician has a net worth of $410 million, which is quite an impressive amount.

Over the years, Jon Bon Jovi has bought, sold, and developed several properties. Recently, the musician is planning to sell his luxurious condo in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. Jovi bought the property back in 2017 for $18.4 million, and he currently listed it for sale.

The condo is 3,951-square-foot, and it features floor-to-ceiling windows, four and a half bathrooms, four bedrooms, a 40-foot living room, a private elevator, a Juliette balcony that overlooks Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River, and a private vestibule. Moreover, it has a simple but luxurious interior design.

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz and actor Michael C. Hall also live in the same areas, so whoever purchases the condo will have a chance to have famous neighbors. They will also be able to access The Greenwich Lanes’ fitness center, the private valet parking garage, steam rooms, 21-seat screening room, 75-foot swimming pool, golf simulator, and much more.

Moreover, the condo also offers a chance to watch the stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in almost every room. The property is currently listed on Compass for sale for $22 million.
