With the release of their new record, 30 Seconds To Mars’ Jared Leto appeared on Kerrang to discuss the band’s new record, titled ‘It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day.’ The new sixth album came out on September 15 and consists of eleven songs. During the latest interview, Leto reflected on his thoughts on the album, and revealed one thing about the fans of the album: he avoids reading the comments about it.

The rocker shared that he is proud of the record and admitted why he decided not to read any comments of the ‘intoxicating’ fans:

“I trained myself in the very beginning of my career to do that. It’s intoxicating when people approve of your work and support you. But it’s a seductive thing. So, I’ve always stayed away from it. There’s that old cliché, ‘If you believe the good, you gotta believe the bad,’ but somehow the good always makes much more sense.”

The new record is the band’s first since their 2018 record, ‘America.’ Leto said about their latest album that this album is different, and they did as little as possible to be able to focus on the vocals more. He also emphasized that it stands apart from their previous releases and made him feel like they were starting a brand new band.

Below, you can listen to the new album and see it for yourself.
