Guns N’ Roses Cover AC/DC’s ‘Back In Black’ Live

Fan footage on YouTube revealed that Guns N’ Roses recently surprised their fans in Sevilla and covered one of AC/DC‘s iconic songs, ‘Back in Black.’

Despite having several different lineups, Slash and Duff McKagan leaving and joining again, Guns N’ Roses managed to survive in the rock and roll world. Axl Rose remained the only stable member of the band and didn’t want to let go of the creation that carried his name. He continued to perform and create, whether it was remakes of their older songs or new tracks.

In summer 2021, they announced the ‘We’re F’N Back Tour,’ which started in summer in the USA and extended to Europe for summer 2022. Their last concert was in Sevilla, and they surprised the fans by performing AC/DC’s iconic song ‘Back In Black.’

Once they played the famous intro, the crowd cheered for the surprise in a millisecond. The band received high praise from the audience for playing the unexpected song. Still, it didn’t surprise that G’NR added this song to their setlist as Axl Rose previously performed the piece with AC/DC, and they often don’t have a certain setlist for each concert.

Instead, Guns N’ Roses are known for catching the fans by surprise, which is why they were and still are one of the most iconic rock bands of all time. They established a stable legacy throughout the years with their songs, Axl’s stage presence, Slash’s applauded guitar playing and their survival from personal disputes.
