Guns N’ Roses announced tour dates for next summer in the Middle East and Europe. These will be their first shows since finishing their 2023 World Tour in Mexico last November.

The band shared the dates on Instagram and wrote, “Because what you want N’ what you get are two completely different things. Nightrain pre-sale: tomorrow 9 am local. On-sale: Friday 9 am local.”

The tour will start in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on May 23 and end at the Wacken Festival in Germany on July 31. In between, the band will perform in Turkey, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the UK (Birmingham and London), the Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Austria, and Luxembourg.

The band will be joined by Public Enemy, Rival Sons, and Sex Pistols with Frank Carter on some dates. Night Train presale tickets will be available on December 10 at 9 am local time, and general sales will start on December 13 at 9 am, both at GunsNRoses.com.

The tour announcement came after a teaser video and a new poster with a quote from 1985 flyers, “Because what you want and what you get are two completely different things.” Next year marks the 40th anniversary of those shows.

While Guns N’ Roses has performed almost 300 shows since reuniting eight years ago, fans are still waiting for their seventh studio album. They’ve released a few new singles, but they’ve reworked songs from their 2008 album, ‘Chinese Democracy.’

Earlier this year, Slash mentioned that new music was possible. Recently, bassist Duff McKagan also confirmed that there is a plan and desire for new music. During an appearance on SiriusXM’s Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk, McKagan said, “There’s definitely a desire and a plan for new music. Yeah, for sure.”

In February 2022, Guns N’ Roses released a four-song EP called ‘Hard Skool.’ It was sold only in their official store and included two new songs from 2021, ‘Hard Skool’ and ‘Absurd,’ along with live versions of ‘Don’t Cry’ and ‘You’re Crazy.’
