Greta Van Fleet Announces The Release Of New Music Video For ‘Light My Love’

Greta Van Fleet shared the new music video of ‘Light My Love’ which was released in their latest second studio album, ‘The Battle at Garden’s Gate’ on their official Twitter account.

As you may remember, the first studio album of Greta Van Fleet entitled ‘Anthem of the Peaceful Army’ got a lot of harsh and negative critics in spite of its popularity. The reason behind this harsh criticism was the band’s sounding like Led Zeppelin too much. So, they were criticized because of their lack of unique styles and sounds and Greta Van Fleet made statements about this issue.

Although the Kiszka brothers didn’t deny Led Zeppelin’s influence on them, they stated that their next album would be more unique and they didn’t want to be considered as a copy of Led Zeppelin. Their second studio album, ‘The Battle at Garden’s Gate’ was released on April 16, 2021. According to very positive critics, they seemed to prove their own uniqueness with their latest album.

Greta Van Fleet wasn’t considered as the younger version of Led Zeppelin anymore. The new album reflects dark and harch experiences of humankind such as war, famine, poverty during a cosmic journey. After releasing the audio versions of the album’s tracks, the band released the live music video of ‘Light My love’ on May 13, 2021, on Youtube. The band gave the good news to their fans by sharing the video on their Twitter account.
