KISS’ Gene Simmons recently shared a post on his official Twitter page about the users calling Elon Musk to run for the presidency in 2024. The rocker shared his opinions, stating that he looked positively toward this idea.

Elon Musk is currently the richest man alive, with a net worth of $273 billion. His entrepreneurship made him gain success and fortune in his career. The 50-year-old businessman is well-known for being the CEO of Tesla Inc. and raising the stocks. As of 2020, Tesla has become the most valuable carmaker globally. Musk is also involved in many areas like the crypto world and Space X and is actively sharing his ideas on Twitter.

Recently, Musk wrote to Twitter about his desire to buy the social media company and offered them, claiming that they do not handle freedom of speech well and that the media outlet should become private. After this initiation, Twitter users mostly supported Musk and emerged the idea of him running for the presidency in 2024.

The US presidents have to be born in the states, and Musk was born and raised in South Africa. While it’s unlikely that he will become America’s next president, people still seem very excited. KISS’ Gene Simmons commented upon this idea and tweeted that he is leaning positively towards his presidency. He penned that he would first like to hear his political thoughts, which should be the opposite of politics’ polarising, delusional, cult-like behavior.

Simmons tweeted about Musk’s presidency:

“I would consider this idea. I would wait to hear what he has to say first. So far, politics in this country are far too polarizing and bordering on delusion and cult-like behavior.”
