Flea Says There Isn’t Another Like Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ‘Unlimited Love’

Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea recently talked about the band’s new album ‘Unlimited Love’ during a conversation with Radio X. The musician said the record is different from any other album, and nobody can hear something like this.

After six years of silence, RHCP decided to come back with the twelfth album ‘Unlimited Love,’ which is the record they have been preparing to release since 2019. While the band was working on the album, they also announced a piece of thrilling news for their fans. It marked the return of John Frusciante to the group, which was entirely unexpected for many.

RHCP released three singles called ‘Black Summer,’ ‘Poster Child,’ and ‘Not the One’ from the album. While the band and the fans were waiting impatiently for the album’s release, another exciting news came from them in the past few days. The band’s official Instagram account shared a photo showing they received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

One great news after another, the band eventually released their new album. Immediately after putting their work out, Flea mentioned that ‘Unlimited Love’ is the best album they have done so far during a recent interview. Moreover, he stated that whether people like it or not, it includes the most original sounds and stories they can hear. The bassist further claimed that nobody could listen to an album like this.

Flea said in the interview that:

“We got C sharps, B flats, D minor chords go together form narratives and stories. I can just tell you that this record is the best of us. It’s the best that we have to offer. We dug as deep as we could. We don’t take one second ever for granted.

We made the best music and like it or don’t like it; there is nothing else like it. You can’t hear another record that sounds like the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ‘Unlimited Love.’ You cannot. It is physically impossible.”
