Red Hot Chili Peppers Receive Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Red Hot Chili Peppers recently announced that they became one of the bands that wrote their name on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame star. Bassist Flea also shared a post on his official Instagram page, celebrating this thrilling news.
Since the release of their debut album, ‘Red Hot Chili Peppers,’ the band has reached out to many fans worldwide. After ‘The Getaway’ album was released in 2016, they began to work on a new one called ‘Unlimited Love’ in 2019. While they were working on it, it was announced that the guitarist John Frusciante had returned to the band for the upcoming album.
The band announced the release date of ‘Unlimited Love,’ and their fans will get to hear it on April 1, 2022. They already released three singles called ‘Black Summer,’ ‘Poster Child,’ and ‘Not the One’ from the album. While ‘Unlimited Love’ was eagerly awaited, another exciting news came from the band. RHCP’s official Instagram account shared a photo showing the star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, including the band’s name.
In their IG post, the band penned:
“To our fans, we love you forever.”
Then bassist Flea shared a photo with Anthony Kiedis next to the star on his Instagram account. Flea mentioned under the picture that he had been a part of this street since his childhood. Fortunately for them, now they become a part of it with this star written in their name.
Flea wrote in his words:
“Grew up skulking and cavorting around every little crack and crevice of this street. Throughout all my worldwide wandering, this place has always been a part of me, and now we are a part of it. The filth, the pathos, the beauty, and the hope. All of it.”
