Falling In Reverse has announced postponing their U.K. tour after frontman Ronnie Radke was denied a visa due to his criminal history. The tour was set to begin in December 2024 and was expected to be the band’s biggest in the U.K., with sold-out shows at major venues. However, the U.K. Home Office’s strict visa rules have blocked their plans, citing Radke’s past conviction and prison sentence as the reason for the denial.

The band addressed the situation on social media, explaining that Radke’s criminal record is still affecting their ability to tour internationally. “We regret to announce that the home office has denied Ronnie’s visa application for the remaining 2024 U.K. shows… The U.K. is currently refusing entry to visa applicants who served more than 12 months prison time, as Ronnie did in 2008,” the statement on their Instagram story reads.

“Therefore, we will not be able to come to the U.K. this month to perform the shows we were greatly looking forward to. We will be postponing the shows to next year while we continue to work through this issue legally to obtain the necessary visa,” the band added.

Radke’s legal issues go back to a 2006 incident in Nevada that caused the death of 18-year-old Michael Cook. While Radke wasn’t directly involved in the fatal act, his participation in the fight resulted in a probation sentence. In 2008, he violated his probation and served over a year in prison. Even though Radke has worked to rebuild his career, the impact of these events still affects the band’s ability to tour.

This postponement comes after several problems for Falling In Reverse’s European tour. Some shows, like the one in Vienna, were canceled due to ‘production-related logistical issues,’ though fans were frustrated by the lack of clear explanations. Radke’s response to a fan asking about the Vienna cancellation and later telling them to “go eat a f*cking Vienna sausage and shut the f*ck up” only added to the tension.

In addition, the band was recently dropped from the 2025 Nova Rock Festival lineup in Austria.

Falling In Reverse is still scheduled to tour Australia in March 2025, with no known problems. The band is also set to perform in Germany and Belgium in June. For now, U.K. fans will have to wait until 2025 for their chance to see Falling In Reverse live.
