Chester Bennington’s son Jaime Bennington has come back with some serious allegations.

“My family on both sides hid my nephew from me and sheltered my abuser. Isaiah has threatened to kill me multiple times over the last 7 years. On the night of Talinda’s wedding to Michael Friedman, Isaiah beat me for hours,” Jaime shared in his Instagram stories.

“Tyler watch it happen. While it was happening, Tyler went to Talinda and Michael asking for help. They did not respond. When I returned from Hawaii I cut my family off entirely and asked Trilogy if I could live with them for a while. Isaiah beat me for so long and with such force I couldn’t breath correctly for months after,” he continued.

In Jaime’s words, Talinda was aware of everything. “At the end of January 2020 I told Talinda what had happened and she told me that she already knew. Tyler told her the same night it happened. I was shocked. When I asked her why she hadn’t stepped into the situation as my mother she claimed she had her own life to worry about. I told her how shocked I was to hear something like that from her.”

“I then asked her, ‘How long have you been manipulating me like that?’ Spitballing I asked, ‘For the entirety of our relationship?’ Talinda told me it was true. She had been manipulating me psychologically, emotionally, and therefore physically for the ENTIRETY of our relationship,” he revealed, adding, “I then demanded that Talinda finally admit to the fact that historically Isaiah was allowed to get away with literally ANYTHING and EVERYTHING but that I wasn’t allowed a single misstep. She admitted it was true. After acknowledging that I was the truth teller in the family, Talinda then said, ‘You are the easiest one to shut up. You know how difficult your brother and your father are. It’s either silence you or deal with them.'”

Jaime ended the story with, “Our relationship began in 2004. That means that by this point in time the manipulations had occurred on some level for 16 years. The same year, 2020, I would resign/separate from my family due to the abuse I suffered on both sides growing up.”

The stories came only a week after Jaime said that Talinda filed for a restraining order against him last year. Jaime shared on his stories, “Talinda’s restraining order request asked that: 1). Jaime be banned from the state of California. 2). That the DV order include 4 additional protected people: my siblings Tyler, Lilly, Lila, and her roommate’s (Amanda Van Roberts) daughter Aiyanna. 3). That the DV order be made permanent for 3-5 years.”

He further explained: “When it was time, I represented myself. The court did not allow me to submit ANY EVIDENCE in support of my position. And by the end of the hearing, despite the fact that I wasn’t permitted to share my evidence, the court somehow determined that by technicality MY TESTIMONY FULFILLED Talinda’s own BURDEN OF PROOF.”

“The Domestic Violence Restraining Order was granted, albeit with modifications. The court decided: 1). To impose a stay-away order of 100 yards, 2). To remove my siblings and Amanda’s daughter from the protected peoples category. 3). To impose the order for 1-year only. Talinda Bennington had gotten away with lying under oath,” Jaime added.

Talinda and Jaime’s relationship didn’t seem to be bumpy on the outside. However, things changed when Linkin Park announced their comeback. While Jaime wasn’t happy that the band reunited with a new singer and that Emily Armstrong was forcing herself to be like Chester, Talinda didn’t think so. Under the announcement post, she commented with a heart and a fire emoji. Not only that, but she also shared the news on her Instagram story, making it clear that she approves of the band’s choice of a new singer.
