Ex-Metallica Bassist Ron McGovney Reveals The Favorite Part Of Being In Metallica
The original bass guitarist of Metallica, Ron McGovney, took his official Twitter account to share a new post and revealed the best part of playing with Metallica with a saddening message.
As you might already know, Ron was playing with Metallica since the beginning, and he decided not to continue with the band after one year. Later on, the band brought up the late bassist Cliff Burton.
Furthermore, Ron loves to use social media to talk about the early days of the band, and he always told the stories about him treated as the roadie of the band by the other members.
As one of the fans asked about his favorite moments with Metallica, Ron saddened the fans by saying that unloading the truck. Even though Ron could have made sarcasm about his answer, it also shows that what he dealt with when he was playing for Metallica.

“I’m sure people ask you all the time about the other members, so… What was your favorite part about being in Metallica?”
