Three-time inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Eric Clapton‘s daughter Ruth Clapton shared a post on her official Instagram page thanking everybody who celebrated her 36th birthday in addition to apologizing for the future posts that she will be sharing about fitness and health after all the cake and chocolate.

Since she recently announced that she is going through a divorce after nine years of marriage and two kids with Dean Bartlett, Ruth Clapton has been quite on her official Instagram page other than opening up about how she feels about the whole process of being separated and Christmas pictures of her sons.

Recently, Ruth Clapton shared a post on her official Instagram page thanking those who celebrated her birthday with lovely messages and comments in addition to revealing that after all the cakes and chocolate, she will be starting her New Year’s resolutions and posting everything related to health, due to this, Clapton apologized to her fans in advance.

Now to actually start my New Year’s resolutions and stop eating all the cake and chocolate! I apologize in advance now for all the fitness and health stuff I’ll be posting in the next month, I’m already bored of hearing myself bang on about immune health but right now it’s pretty topical and important! Vitamin D3 all the way!”
