Eddie Van Halen’s Widow Janie Announces Her New Radio Show Called ‘Fitness Friday’

Late Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen‘s wife Janie Van Halen shared a post on her official Instagram page announcing a brand new radio series named ‘Fitness Friday’ via iHeart Radio in which she’ll discuss the importance of exercising.

As many of you might already know, Janie Van Halen is quite interested in sports and she’s an active person physically as her career started as a stuntwoman in Hollywood. Janie appeared in high-profile box office hits like The Wedding Planner, Looney Tunes: Back in Action, Along Came Polly, and Spider-Man 2 between 2001 and 2005 according to her IMDb page.

On top of having a career then depends on how physically prepared she is, Janie Van Halen is also a dancer who competed in championships. Furthermore, her athletic side flourished even more when she decided to start pro-wrestling, and her persona, ‘Lita Lamae’ already won a championship. Janie dedicated her success to those she lost such as her mother, brother, and husband Eddie Van Halen.

It’s an apparent fact that iconic guitarist Eddie Van Halen’s wife is an all-time supporter of living a healthy life when it comes to including sports into daily life and apparently, she’s now an advocate about the matter as she revealed in her recent post on her official Instagram page.

Janie Van Halen announced thrilling news to her fans by revealing that there is going to be a brand new radio show named ‘Fitness Friday’ on iHeart Radio in which Janie will talk about how important it is to exercise in order to have protection against dementia and other health issues.
