Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider just clarified that he is changing his music style so that everyone can enjoy it.

The rocker shared his decision on social media while subtly addressing the recent election. “I’ve decided that for the next four years I’m going to focus on creating art that everyone – all sides, all states, all colors, all religions, All countries – can share and enjoy,” he wrote on X. “Seems to be the only thing that joins us. That and good food…but I can’t cook.”

When a user clarified that Snider has already been making music for everyone and that he didn’t care about the opinions or politics, the rocker responded: “Apparently no one on either side cares about artists’ opinions! Lol! (This said, we are still allowed to have them and express them).”

Snider has openly shared his thoughts about the 2024 election. A few days ago, he shared the link to a recent interview he appeared in. “If you DON’T want to know what I think about the election, state of the world & the future, DO NOT CLICK THIS LINK! (If you can’t help yourself & don’t like it, it’s on you! Don’t give me that “stay in your lane” shit!) If you DO want to know…,” he wrote in the caption.

Many followers shared their support to the rocker’s comments in the interview. In the article, he openly talked about Trump’s influence on the US and added that people have many things in common ‘more than our governments allow us to believe.’ The singer finished his words by saying that even in the chaos, people are closer to each other because they share art and value great art.
