David Lee Roth Calls His Sex Life ‘The Best Part Of Van Halen’

David Lee Roth recently uploaded a new video to his YouTube channel, this time reflecting on his past, specifically his time working on the ‘California Girls’ music video.

Roth covered the Beach Boys’ hit ‘California Girls’ in 1985 for his EP ‘Crazy From The Heat.’ While reflecting on the music video that came after his departure from Van Halen, the singer recalled his relationship with women in those years. Looking at some of his photos with these women, he said:

“On a personal note, I feel fairly confident saying that these were some of the best times in my life. Not the times on stage that my dad most envied about me. These were probably the moments everyone else’s dad envied most about my life. Looking back now, even I envy me some of these memories.”

Showing a picture of two women wearing cop hats with Van Halen logo on them, DLR went on:

“I met these two dames on the corner of Hot and Mess, and as my friends with kids now say, I am so glad I only have sons. I only got to worry about their two d**ks. ’Cause with a daughter, I’d have to worry about thousands.”

The Singer’s Relationship With Women

Roth has been open about his relationships with different women during his 20-year run as the vocalist for Van Halen. He once told the Brisbane Times:

“I had so many options when it came to women for 20 years, being in a popular band. I slept with every pretty girl with two legs in her pants. I even slept with an amputee.”

During another recent YouTube video, the singer mentioned an incident involving some of these women and the band’s final tour. In ‘This Crazy Kid,’ he claimed that Wolfgang Van Halen had security remove two women who were his guests during a New York show.

Explaining the situation, his words read:

“Wolfie Van Halen’s going to teach me a less by throwing out what he thinks is my girlfriend, but guess what? Not only is she an accountant again, and not only is she carrying the paychecks for 82 of us on the road crew, but she’s carrying cash bonuses for everybody there … and that’s how I remember my last show with Eddie Van Halen.”
