David Crosby Shares His Genuine Opinion On The Eagles’ Joe Walsh

Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young icon David Crosby shared a post on his official Twitter account and replied to a fan who was curious about what he thinks of the Eagles singer and guitarist Joe Walsh. Due to being one of the most upfront artists out there, his reaction was surprisingly positive and calm, unlike his unapologetic opinions on other musicians.

As some of you might know, David Crosby may be one of the most active social media users among rock stars, especially on his official Twitter page, on which he nearly has 200k followers. The rocker is primarily known for having Q&A sessions with his fans, and it’s fair to say that he never holds himself back when it comes to his opinions on fellow musicians.

From opening up about younger musicians such as Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran to calling his former bandmate Neil Young a self-centered person, he has boldly expressed his thoughts regardless of what other people may think. This may be one of the many reasons his fans keep asking him about other musicians whenever possible.

Due to performing together during the virtual concert supporting former Vice President Joe Biden’s election campaign last year, a fan wanted to know what David Crosby thinks of the Eagles icon Joe Walsh. Although many fans would expect a little sarcasm while expressing his opinion, the CSNY legend praised his fellow musician.

David Crosby revealed that he thinks Joe Walsh is a much better guitar player than a singer, which the Eagles icon can confirm himself, according to Crosby. However, the 80-year-old musician insinuated that Walsh can be considered a good vocalist, just not as good as to be called the best.

That fan’s question follows:

“What about Joe Walsh?”

Crosby replied:

“Good singer, but as he would tell you himself better on guitar.
