Five Finger Death Punch bassist Chris Kael joined an interview with Everblack Podcast and shared his feelings about playing with all of the Big Four thrash metal bands, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax. The musician feels like his life is now complete.

Five Finger Death Punch was founded in 2005 and can be regarded as a newbie band in the metal music scene, considering almost all the genre’s legends have continued to hit the stage for decades. However, they have proved their talents with eight successful studio albums and countless concerts as a part of several events and festivals. In a short time, they started to take place as headliners or co-headliners with the other icons.

The most known ones were their performances with Anthrax and Slayer and playing as the supporting act for Metallica for a few shows in Europe last month. Although Five Finger Death Punch had previously joined Megadeth on the stage, the upcoming event with them will be more memorable. The famous band will join FFDP members for their upcoming tour, starting on August 19, 2022.

In his interview, Kael reminded everyone that they have played with all Big Four on different occasions throughout their careers, Metallica being the last one after their festival appearance together. According to the bassist, who grew up listening to Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, and Metallica and got inspired by them, his life is complete after having played with all these notable bands of the metal world. Chris Kael feels like he has achieved everything, and there’s nothing else to do after that.

Kael said in his interview that:

“We have now played with all of the Big Four. Metallica on the last one. We played with Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, and Metallica now. So what else I’m going to do? My life’s complete.”
