In a new series of videos, Jaime Bennington has shared more details about his stalker that has been claiming to be possessed by Chester.

“In December, Quantum Lyricist threatened my life. They said that February 27th would be the last day, that I should repent, I should not get off or perish. I guess it’s open season now,” he said in a new Instagram story. “I wonder how many days I have left. And isn’t it interesting that after all my talk about the lunar cycle, they picked a new moon? Very interesting.”

He then shared his message so that it was loud and clear. “I’ve been here for two years, so I would hope that my message is very clear. But in the case that it’s not, I’m not going anywhere. I will continue to stand for what is right, I will continue to pursue the truth. I will continue to tell my truth, and I will continue to build this archive. You have no say in it. Now if Quantum Lyricist was in fact implemented as a puppet designed to wage mental welfare on me, to those of you watching me from the shadows, and I know you’re there, I want you to know that I see you and I think it’s really f*cking interesting you’ve chosen new moon considering I’m the one who brought the Lunar theory to the game.”

Jaime warned that AI could be used to cover up his death. “If someone is successful in killing me for reasons that are pretty well established, be aware that there are tools by which people can imitate my voice, and imitate my presence. So if something weird happens, and you know that was strange, that’s not Jaime, say something because we’re in the uncanny valley now, and it’s pretty serious. Don’t see with your eyes, see with your mind,” he added.

The Quantum Lyricist incident first surfaced in early January this year. The user under the said name claimed that Chester was proud of domestic violence, that he was transphobic. They threatened Jaime and insulted his wife, saying February 27th was his last chance.

“Not only did this person threaten my life but they also claimed that the entire Bennington family have been ‘dealt with.’ That includes Chester’s children, some of which are still minors. And Chester’s widow. Despite the fact that in June, July of last year, I disowned all of them publicly, this behaviour is unacceptable. It is extremely serious,” he noted.

Two days later, Jaime shared another update saying that the user has been making videos about him. He revealed that he had reported the stalker and blocked them, but for his own safety, he also contacted the police.
