Bret Michaels recently announced on SiriusXM’s Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk that Poison is likely to hit the road again, eyeing a future tour that could echo the success of their 2022 The Stadium Tour.

When asked if he plans to tour with Poison again, possibly with two to four other big bands, like during the 2022 The Stadium Tour, he replied:

“One million percent. I was grateful to be out there again. With Mötley [Crüe] and [Def] Leppard and to be out there with Joan [Jett], I one thousand percent see that [kind of thing happening again].”

Future Tour Plans Unveiled

Looking ahead, Michaels pinpointed 2025 or 2026 as the years Poison plans to launch a greatest hits reunion tour, explaining:

“I think in 2025, 2026, one million percent. We’re gonna bring all the Poison greatest-hits reunion and make it part of what ‘Parti-Gras’ is. We’ll make it the Poison reunion ‘Parti-Gras’ and bring a lot of great bands and just, without a doubt, unleash all those Poison greatest hits.”

The ‘Parti-Gras’ Festival Experience

Building on the excitement for future tours, Michaels also detailed the upcoming second edition of his ‘Parti-Gras’ festival during a conversation on 104.5 WJJK Indy’s Classic Hits. The festival, presented by Live Nation, will start in Noblesville, Indiana, with a limited six-city run. The lineup boasts names like Don Felder, Lou Gramm, Dee Snider, and Chris Janson, promising a blend of rock, country, and classic hits. Michaels emphasized the festival’s celebratory nature, saying:

“This is a music festival. When I was putting this together, I said this has to be truly a nothing-but-a-good-time, nothing-but-a-good-vibe music festival. I want it to be with people that are my friends. I admire their music. I admire their attitude and character. And this year, think about this lineup.”

Poison has a storied history of touring, including the Nothin’ But A Good Time tour with Cheap Trick and Pop Evil in 2018. Their last original album, ‘Hollyweird,’ was released in 2002, followed by a covers album, ‘Poison’d,’ in 2007.
