Ticket prices for the final Black Sabbath show have been revealed, but fans aren’t happy with it.

A pre-sale for ‘invited fans only’ started on February 11, ahead of the general sale on February 14 at 10 am GMT. Tickets range from £197.50 to £834, plus a £2.75 handling fee, while the VIP packages are separate. All profits will go to Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice.

Ticketmaster stated that tickets are limited and may vary across the venue. More tickets will be available during the general sale.

Fans aren’t pleased with the ticket prices. A user on X wrote about the matter, “Okay those black sabbath ticket prices are ridiculous if im not shooting heroin with Ozzy for that amount it aint worth it.” Another said, “Black Sabbath ticket prices are genuinely insane btw idc how big of a show it is nobody should be charging £400 for sh*t seats.”

Another one added, “Black Sabbath at Villa is a historic moment, but at £500 a ticket, many lifelong fans are priced out. Since it’s for charity, why not make it more accessible? A public screening in a park could let more people be part of it for a lower donation. Who knows how to make this happen?”

The band announced the news on early February. Ozzy Osbourne wrote on Instagram, “It’s my time to go ‘Back to the Beginning’… time for me to give back to the place where I was born. How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal. Birmingham forever.”

A day after the announcement, Tony Iommi said of the show, “It’s been an incredible journey, but it’s only fitting that it ends here, where it all began in Aston,” the guitarist wrote in his post. “It’s great to be honoured by your fellow musicians and at the same time support good causes. None of this would’ve been possible without Ozzy, Geezer, and Bill. What we created together was bigger than any one of us, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Tony.”

The night will also includes performances from various bands like Gojira, Slayer, Halestorm, Lamb of God, and Mastodon.
