Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has addressed reports that he looked unwell during a recent performance, sharing new details in a post on X.
The statement came at the end of the band’s North American tour. Several fans had said they noticed the singer appeared to be struggling during the show. Rose’s message shed light on what was actually happening backstage once he left the stage.
“It’s been a great tour so far n’ can’t wait for the next leg!!!” Rose said. “Tossed my cookies as soon as I got backstage. Even I wasn’t sure if I was faking it or not.”
The remarks appear to confirm that Rose experienced some kind of illness immediately after the performance. Even so, he expressed enthusiasm for the tour overall.
