Amy Lee Announces Her 1-On-1 Piano Lesson For ‘HeadCount’ Organization

Evanescence’s frontwoman and co-founder, Amy Lee, took her official Instagram page to repost the original video of her band and announced that she will give away a half-hour-long, free piano lesson to support the ‘HeadCount’ movement.

HeadCount is a non-profit organization that aims to make civic participation easy and fun. They try to reach the young generation and the music scene and uses their power to register voters and promote participation in democracy. The organization signed up over 1M voters in the United States including celebrities like Beyonce, Dead & Company, Ariana Grande, and Jay-Z.

In the post that Evanescence and Amy Lee shared, they indicated that those who supported HeadCount with a donation will have a chance to win 30 minutes virtual one-on-one piano lesson from Amy Lee, and also Custom D’Angelico Limited Edition HeadCount SS guitar signed by Evanescence.

Right after Amy reposted the latest video of Evanescence, one of the followers who took to the comment section was former Cradle of Filth star Lindsay Schoolcraft who left the band last year due to concern for her well-being. Lindsay stated that she already donated to the organization, and it would be sick to sit down and talk piano composition with Amy.

Here’s the caption of the video:

“Amy has teamed up with D’Angelico Guitars, Lively & Fandiem to give away a 30 minute virtual 1-on-1 piano lesson as well as a D’Angelico signed guitar by Evanescence.

Proceeds support HeadCount, a non-partisan organization that uses the power of music to register voters and promote participation in democracy.”
