Alice Cooper and Sammy Hagar have spent New Year’s Eve together, and Cooper even has a new career path for Hagar other than music.
In a new Instagram video, Hagar and Cooper share their New Year resolutions. “A little pre-New Year’s Day verbal commitment between my buddy Alice Cooper and I. I don’t know about Alice but I’m gonna blow it all out. New Year’s Eve tomorrow’s another day,” the caption of the video said.
While the ‘School’s Out’ singer says his resolution would be to stop drinking and go sober again, the Red Rocker says he would ‘re-invent’ himself. When Hagar asks what he should be instead of a singer, Alice Cooper says, “You would be a chef. Or a novelist. Or a guy that writes novels about chefs. Wait! Or a…” the rocker says before he is cut short by Hagar and dragged aside by him.
Hagar and Cooper’s friendship goes way beyond this video. The two rockers even performed ‘School’s Out’ on stage together. Moreover, in 2022, Alice Cooper enlisted Hagar, Rob Zombie, and other artists for his 20th annual Christmas Pudding fundraiser concert.
