“The Revenge is near…” Cooper teased about the upcoming project.

The new album ‘The Revenge Of Alice Cooper’ reunites vocalist-guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway, and drummer Neil Smith. This marks their first collaboration since their 1973 album ‘Muscle Of Love.’ The historic reunion brings the original lineup together after a 51-year hiatus.

This milestone represents a significant moment in rock history. It reunites one of the most influential lineups in shock rock for their first full-length album in over five decades.

The band has maintained connections throughout the years. Best Classic Bands reported that the original members performed a special five-song set in Nashville in 2017. They followed this with a UK tour, demonstrating their enduring musical chemistry.

The upcoming album carries special emotional weight for fans and band members. Blabbermouth revealed that the record will honor late guitarist Glen Buxton, who passed away in 1997. The song ‘What Happened To You’ incorporates an old demo tape featuring Buxton and Dunaway.

Consequence noted the album’s scheduled release date of July 25. Veteran producer Bob Ezrin, known for iconic Alice Cooper albums ‘School’s Out’ and ‘Billion Dollar Babies,’ will helm the project.

Ezrin’s involvement reinforces the project’s authenticity. He played a crucial role in shaping the band’s classic sound during their peak years. His presence suggests a return to the signature style that established Alice Cooper as pioneers of shock rock.

This reunion album celebrates the band’s legacy in two ways. It brings together surviving members while honoring their past through new material and thoughtful incorporation of historical elements.
