Yungblud recently shared a series of videos on his official Instagram stories and talked about the reason why he was quiet on his social media accounts. He implied that he has been working really hard for his forthcoming projects in the following year.
Yungblud released his new single ‘Fleabag’ a couple of months ago and later on, he released an acoustic version of the track. The song represents the hard times he had to cope with the expectations about how he should be. Yungblud also recently announced the dates of his North American tour that will start off in 2022.
In his Instagram stories, Yungblud started his words by initially saying that he wishes a happy Christmas to everyone. He also touched upon the difficult time everyone has had during the pandemic and said that it has been a challenging experience for everyone. He also didn’t forget to thank his fans for all the love and support they give.
Later on, Yungblud stated that there is a reason why he has been quiet in his social media accounts nowadays. He explained that he will be working on his new projects that are scheduled for the next year, which will surely make his fans excited. Then, Yungblud also remembered the healthcare professionals and thanked them for everything they have done during the pandemic.

“Hey, everybody. I just wanted to wish you all a very happy Christmas and happy holidays on where you are celebrating. I know this time of the year has been quite hard and quite strange for many people but I just wanted to send you all my love from my heart to your heart. I hope you will have a wonderful time with the people you love. If you won’t, I want to give you a big fat cuddle.
I think this time of the year can be very beautiful if we make it so tell as many people as you can that you love them this Christmas. And I just wanted to have the opportunity to say thank you so much for everything honestly. When I get a minute to come down, I really realize how you are to me and how integrally you are in my heart. Once again I want to say Merry Christmas.”
He continued:
“I know I have been a little bit quiet but I got a reason. I promise you next year is gonna be absolutely crazy and I hope we will have a lovely time tonight and in the next couple of weeks. I just want to say a massive shout to everybody who has been working on healthcare over this Christmas and I want to say thank you so much for everything you do. These past couple of years has been absolutely hard. We are so lucky to have people like you who go out there and fight this incredibly scary thing every day, so thank you so much.”
While it’s thrilling to see a sincere Christmas message as well as an appreciation for his fans, Yungblud also excited his audience with these secret upcoming projects that will be revealed next year.
