Wolfgang Van Halen Reacts To The Hateful Comments On His Picture With Eddie Van Halen: ‘I’ve Lost My Patience’

Former Van Halen bassist Wolfgang Van Halen shared a post on his official Twitter page reacting to those who shared hate comments about an earlier post of his in which Wolfgang shared a meme that included his late father, Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen and Bernie Sanders. Wolfgang shared a few comments about his post and stated that he had enough with those haters.

As many of you may know, there is a trend on social media lately thanks to Senator Bernie Sanders‘ clothes during the inauguration ceremony of Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States. Sanders showed up to the ceremony in a beige parka, legs and arms crossed, socially distanced, hugging his hands are a pair of large mittens bearing a white and brown pattern.

Unexpectedly, a photo of Sanders bundled up against the Washington cold immediately went viral on social media platforms and people have started to photoshop his image on unrelated pictures which ultimately made the trend hilarious.

Wolfgang Van Halen wanted to follow the trend and shared an old picture of Eddie Van Halen with David Lee Roth in front of a McDonald’s sign, holding burgers on his official Twitter page and the only peculiar thing about the photo is that Senator Bernie Sanders was sitting right next to them, making the picture nothing but funny.

While Wolfgang’s only intention was obviously to make a simple joke, some fans started to pour hateful comments under his post most of which was stating that Wolfgang Van Halen was using his deceased father, Eddie Van Halen, for the sake of his political opinions.

Since most of the comments are both disrespectful and oddly nonsense, Wolfgang Van Halen has decided to reveal the two out of many on his official Twitter page. Apparently, a fan found Wolfgang’s meme political-related rather than an online trend and stated that he should not drag his father into such a matter. Naturally, Wolfgang stated that he has had enough of this kind of people by sharing the bizarre comment.

Here is what the fan said:

“You really shouldn’t start dragging politics into memories of your dad. It’s just not right. Do it on your other page.”

Here is what Wolfgang said:

“Lol I’ve lost my patience with these fuckers

Later on, Wolfgang shared another comment on his official Twitter page in which somebody thought it would be a great idea to share opinions about more politics in addition to comparing Wolfgang Van Halen to Eddie Van Halen by stating that Wolfgang is not as good or interesting as Eddie. Wolfgang revealed his opinions about the comments and stated that those people who are being this angry at him over a meme is straight-up stupid.

Here is what that fan said:

“Wolfgang Van Halen, yeah but she just unfollowed you. Do you honestly think she cares. Wolf, I don’t give a shit about your political opinions but you better tread carefully boy. The United States is a powder keg waiting to explode. The worst thing you could possibly do is start supporting the left on your platform. Your career will be over before it even begins. You’re nowhere near as good or interesting as Edward Van Halen. He filled your head with grandeur and I’m telling you now. Stop while you’re ahead.”

Here is what Wolf said:

“Imagine being this much of a fuckin’ dork all because I posted a dumb meme lol”
