Stephen Pearcy and Warren DeMartini revealed who will join them for a set of Ratt classics as part of the 2025 M3 Rock Festival lineup. During a recent appearance on ‘Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk,’ the duo announced that former Ratt and Quiet Riot guitarist Carlos Cavazo, ex-Ratt and Rough Cut bassist Matt Thorr, and former Slaughter drummer Blas Elias will perform with them.
DeMartini also shared his openness to doing more shows with Pearcy if the M3 gig goes well. “Since we announced the M3 show, other stuff has come up,” he revealed during the chat. “When this [M3 concert] came up, I was treating it as a one-off, but everything has a momentum, or it can have a momentum. And in this case, it just feels better and better.”
“I’ve always wanted to play these songs to the people, like we always have,” he continued. “So, I’m totally game to doing more.”
When asked about the involvement of former Ratt members, Pearcy confirmed they would not be part of the M3 show or any other future performances. “No, no, no. Not on this. No,” he said. “Like I say, we wanted it to be about the music and Warren and myself delivering it, because it is gonna be a little different. If you were to throw the other guys in the mix, it wouldn’t be exactly what it is now, the opportunity.”
Pearcy and DeMartini are set to headline the final night of the M3 Rock Festival on May 4. It will be their first performance together since 2018. Along with the two, David Lee Roth is also making his return with the festival. The Van Halen frontman will perform on May 3, and it’ll be his first performance in over five years.
General sales for the festival start on Friday, January 31 through Ticketmaster.
