Trivium shared an interesting moment from their recent concert through their official Instagram account.

A technical issue disrupted their April 1 performance at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA. The show temporarily halted due to speaker problems. Some fans began to leave, but frontman Matt Heafy kept the remaining audience engaged by playing Rock, Paper, Scissors.

“Everyone started leaving… The speakers gave out,” the band stated in their official statement. “Rock, Paper, Scissors… What a night. But that didn’t stop Seattle from taking the crown and becoming the BEST crowd of this entire tour!”

The band captured this unexpected moment in a video. They expressed appreciation for the fans who stayed enthusiastic despite the technical difficulties.

This memorable incident took place during one of the band’s most significant tours.

Loudwire revealed that the band is currently performing on their Poisoned Ascendancy Tour. They are co-headlining with Bullet For My Valentine to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their album ‘Ascendancy.’

The Soundboard Reviews highlighted the exceptional nature of Trivium’s current live performances. Their shows feature high-energy audience interactions, powerful guitar riffs, and melodic elements that create a unique concert experience.

Songkick documented the band’s extensive touring career. The Seattle show’s technical difficulties couldn’t diminish their trademark fan engagement.

The tour represents a significant return to the metal scene’s vibrant early 2000s era. Both headlining bands perform their classic albums in full, making each show, including the Seattle performance, especially meaningful for long-time fans.
