The Reason Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Anthony Kiedis Thrown Out Of Lakers Game

The NBA is known as the league in which the best basketball players compete with each other, and it has always amazed basketball fans. However, some of the incidents that took place during the games have also disappointed and angered fans. The infamous game between the two NBA icons, Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets, on October 20, 2018, was one of them.
Many sports journalists marked the night as ‘LeBron James’ home debut was ruined’ after the Rockets’ 124-115 win. The tension between the team players kept arising throughout the game, and the night ended with multiple suspensions. It’s been reported that Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo spit on the Rockets point guard Chris Paul. Thus, Rondo punched him in the face, and Paul hit him back. Today, we’re going to reveal how Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis was surprisingly involved in the incident.
Why Was Anthony Kiedis Asked To Leave The Lakers Game?
Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis and bassist Flea attended the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets game in which Rajon Rondo and Chris Paul started fighting. Kiedis showed his middle finger to Chris Paul and shouted profanities while the Rockets’ player was leaving the game. Therefore, the frontman was thrown out due to his aggressive behavior and words toward the NBA star.
His bandmate Flea also shared his thoughts about the night, saying he felt very satisfied even though he described the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets game as crazy. However, the bassist didn’t say anything about Kiedis’ forcible departure from the game. Consequently, it seems like the RHCP lead singer became one of the few rock stars who were asked to leave due to being involved in a fight between two NBA players.
Flea’s comment on the night read:
“At the lakers game last night with my dear brother. It got crazy at the end, but man I get so satisfied, deeply drinking in the depth and beauty of the game. People were operating at a high level in so many dimensions. Cerebral, physical, spiritual, emotional, unspoken, and telepathic communication. I truly love basketball with my heart.”
