Slash Announces New Album ‘4’ And Releases New Music Video For ‘The River Is Rising’

Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash announced his brand new solo record ‘4’ by releasing a new single titled ‘The River Is Rising’ via his official Instagram account.

After releasing his first and self-titled solo record in 2010, Slash started to work with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators for the rest of his solo works. So far, they released three studio albums together.

Earlier this month, Slash teased a music video from the shootings of the music video and dropped a brand new riff to hype up the community. The guitarist also mentioned that this is the best record he has ever done before.

Yesterday, Slash finally announced that they will be releasing their fourth studio album, ‘4,’ which is set to be released in February 2022. In the meantime, the band released the first single from the record, named ‘The River Is Rising.’  To promote the single as well as the record, Slash announced a North American tour after a short period of the album announcement, named ‘The River Is Rising Tour,’ which will be held in February 2022 as well.

Slash announced the new record and single on Instagram:
