Wilson still follows all of his former Slipknot bandmates on Instagram except Corey Taylor. Taylor does not follow Wilson either.

Wilson’s exit from Slipknot became an increasingly eventful saga after reports first emerged that the longtime DJ had been permanently fired from the band in late July. The initial report offered no explanation for the decision, while guitarist Jim Root appeared to push back against the growing speculation, urging fans not to believe everything they read and to wait for more information.

The situation took another turn when Slipknot finally confirmed on August 14 that Wilson was out, stating that the band would “no longer be associated” with him and wishing him well in his future endeavors. The announcement was briefly posted and then deleted, adding another unexpected twist to the story, while Wilson later acknowledged the split by changing his Instagram bio to mark his Slipknot years. He also appeared at a DJ event shortly after the initial firing report and introduced himself as “No. 0, from the world-famous Slipknot,” despite the uncertainty surrounding his status at the time.
