Sharon Osbourne is listing the Los Angeles home she shared with her late husband Ozzy Osbourne for $17 million, following his death eight months ago, People reported.

The television personality’s decision to sell the family estate comes as she moves forward after losing her husband of many decades.

The property details reveal the couple’s significant investment in the home over the years.

“The couple purchased the circa-1920s home in 2015 for $11.85 million, per property records,” the report continued.

The listing represents a substantial increase from their original purchase price. It reflects both market appreciation and the property’s unique value as the former home of the legendary rock couple.

The Hancock Park estate offers luxury amenities that reflect the couple’s rock star lifestyle. Louder Sound noted that this seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom house, built in 1929, features a wood-panelled library, screening room, and outdoor pool with hand-laid mosaic tiles.

This isn’t the first time the property has been on the market. Realtor.com revealed that the home was previously listed for $18 million in 2022 before being pulled after a planned UK move was delayed.

The current listing price reflects a more realistic market approach compared to their previous attempt. The Hancock Park location, situated two miles south of Hollywood, adds to the property’s appeal for potential buyers seeking a prestigious address with entertainment industry connections.

Despite the emotional weight of selling the family home, Sharon appears to be handling the transition well. TMZ reported that she’s feeling good and recently returned to L.A. for a visit while listing the property, showing her determination to move forward with her life.
