Scott Stapp paused a recent Creed show to share his plan to save America.

“…And it’s my opinion that that’s exactly what the powers that be, that’s what they want. They want us divided,” the frontman said in a video captured by a fan. “They want us separate. They want us to compartmentalize in our own little niches, in our own little groups. Thinking we’re right, they’re wrong, and bickering. You know why?”

He continued, “To keep us distracted from holding them accountable. They start dividing us and programming us in kindergarten friends. They teach us about how to be slaves to authority, about how to do this, and do that, and think this way, and think that way; All conforming us into this divided group of assets and pawns.”

“The only way to make change is to wake up and come together as one,” Stapp offered his solution. “Focus on what we have in common, which is life, freedom, love, happiness. We find our common ground and we build from there. And as we’re building that common ground, we start keeping the powers that be accountable.”

The singer added, “We start reminding them of what our constitution says. We start reminding them of what our bill of rights says. We start reminding them that we are a constitutional republic based upon the Bible and the word of God, not a democracy. Go study. Go do your homework.”

Before the elections, some artists started to voice their support for certain candidates. For the U.S. election in November, Taylor Swift has already announced she will vote for Kamala Harris. She said, “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.”

Swift went on, “I’m voting for Harris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.”

Creed’s next show is on September 18 in Raleigh, North Carolina. They will be performing in different cities of the United States during September.
