Sammy Hagar recently shared an update about his upcoming performance at Alice Cooper’s Christmas Pudding 2023 fundraiser event. Posting a photo of him and Nancy Wilson on Instagram, he wrote:

“Always a pleasure hanging out with my long-time friend, the queen of rock, Nancy Wilson. Just finished rehearsing for our duet for Alice Cooper charity event, Christmas Pudding.”

Hagar was set to perform at last year’s Christmas Pudding but had to cancel due to health issues. But this year, he will appear on stage at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix alongside Wilson, playing Pink Floyd’s ‘Comfortably Numb.’ Other acts like Quiet Riot and Sixwire are also in the lineup.

The Details About Cooper’s Charity Event

The 21st annual fundraiser on December 9 supports the Solid Rock Teen Centers. These centers offer free performing arts and vocational training in Phoenix and Mesa.

Guests can expect to see performances from young artists of the teen centers. There will also be appearances by winners of the upcoming Proof Is In The Pudding Music and Dance Competition, the Bucket Brigade, the Solid Rock Dance Company, and other special performances.

Following Christmas Pudding, another fundraiser, the second annual Christmas Putting, a charity golf tournament, is scheduled for December 10 at the Mountain Shadows Resort Short Course in Scottsdale.
