Falling In Reverse has been banned from playing in the Nova Rock Festival, but the frontman Ronnie Radke didn’t take it well.
After around five canceled shows, it has been announced that Falling In Reverse will no longer be performing at the festival in Austria next summer. The band first announced that they would be performing in the festival, set to take place on June 11.
On November 28th, it was revealed that Falling In Reverse will no longer be playing that event. Festival organizers weren’t forthcoming with details, offering only the following statement: “Falling in Reverse will not play at Nova Rock 2025.”
Radke responded to the news with two recent Instagram stories. He shared a picture of a canned Vienna sausage, both with his band’s and his own name on the can. The rocker tagged the festival in the story. He then shared a hater’s response to the previous story. The user messaged Radke, “Like I said, you are such an idiot! 0% self-reflection —100% idiot. I hope that in a few years the band and the name ‘Ronnie Radke’ will be forgotten! You should have stayed in prison, or even better a psychiatric hospital, that’s the right place for idiots like you.”
Radke responded with, “Bully this little baby.”
Earlier this week, the band canceled their November 26th show in Vienna at the Gasometer at the last minute. They also announced the cancellation of their November 28th Prague show in the same statement. It was the time the band had scrapped shows during their European/UK fall tour, and this left the fans frustrated.
Radke added fuel to the fire during a gaming livestream when he addressed a fan’s question about the Vienna cancellation. Instead of providing clarity, Radke banned the fan and went on a rant, escalating tensions further.
“You know what? Rest of the tour is canceled. I don’t feel like playing. This isn’t… I’m not Playboy Cardi, okay? We don’t… Not Axl Rose, we’re not doing that. You understand. There’s reasons. We have reasons to believe that Vienna fans are soft as shit. That’s the reason why we’re not playing. Just kidding. Anyway, I’m just kidding. I’m just joking about that,” he said.
The frontman then added, “But hey, shows get canceled, man. Motherf*cker, Bad Omens canceled an entire Europe tour because his mental health. I don’t see any you guys f*cking getting mad at him. You understand? Go eat a f*cking Vienna sausage and shut the f*ck up.”
It seems that Radke was joking about canceling the entire tour, since it still continues tonight in Paris, France. They will wrap it up on December 16 in London, United Kingdom.
