Ronnie Radke recently responded to a critic who wished bad things would happen to him. He addressed the situation in a video shared on TikTok.
The statement focused on defending his tour’s success and addressing false claims made by the critic. It also revealed an unexpected twist involving a donation.
“You wish more bad things to happen to me? Unfortunately for you, you’re gonna have to sit this one out. Sir, my tour is doing f*cking phenomenal. I know it hurts. I know it probably bothers you more than anything. I can only imagine,” Radke said. “Because all you’ve done is make about 20 to 30 videos of me and you constantly talk about me. So I can imagine that this kind of stuff just does not sit well with you.”
Radke then addressed what he called false information being spread about him.
“You love to talk about fake stuff like my domestic violence case and how I pleaded down. That’s false. That’s not real. Other things like my girlfriend broke up with me. That’s f*cking false too. Maybe you need to get your facts straight,” he continued.
The musician then revealed his unconventional response to the criticism.
“Here’s one thing that I really want you to know. Wow, you need a health smile. Your teeth look disgusting. You know what I went and did? I donated a thousand dollars to you (for your GoFundMe campaign),” Radke said. “So every time you go and look at that donation list, you have to keep refreshing it and hoping somebody else would be number one. Because in your life right now, I am number one. I am number one on your (donation) list right now. The person that you are right now, you hate me so much, and you have to look at that f*cking list everyday knowing that I’m at the top.”
This response comes during a period of heightened attention around Radke’s career and public controversies.
The Falling in Reverse frontman has been dealing with various legal and public relations challenges recently. Numetal Agenda reported that Radke recently lost a defamation lawsuit against music critic Anthony Fantano. He publicly addressed this development while framing the lawsuit as a way to make a statement rather than seeking a legal victory.
Despite the controversies, Radke’s current touring efforts appear to be performing well. The Metalverse noted that his band has been selling out arenas with over 10,000 fans at nearly every event during their “God Is A Weapon” Tour. The tour features support from artists like Wage War, Tech N9ne, and Hollywood Undead.
The tour’s success contradicts earlier rumors about potential cancellations and low ticket sales that had circulated online. These strong attendance figures support Radke’s claims in the video about his tour doing “phenomenal” despite the ongoing criticism from detractors.
The video has gained attention for its unusual approach to handling online criticism through charitable giving. It showcases Radke’s creative way to turn negativity into a public statement while maintaining his position as a controversial figure in the metal music scene.
