Falling in Reverse singer Ronnie Radke has filed a restraining order against Brittany Furlan Lee, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. TMZ reported the legal action.
The legal action stems from allegations of harassment related to a catfish scandal that occurred months ago. Radke claims Furlan contacted him multiple times on social media.
TMZ reported that documents obtained by the outlet show Ronnie filed the TRO Monday in LA Superior Court, citing Brittany harassed him by contacting him multiple times on social media.
Furlan’s legal team has responded to the restraining order petition with their own statement addressing the allegations.
A representative on behalf of Brittany Furlan told TMZ they are aware of the restraining order petition that has been filed. “The claims being made about Ms. Furlan are not accurate. Our legal counsel issued multiple cease-and-desist notices in May after what we considered to be a pattern of harassment, bullying and false public statements about her.”
The representative continued, “Those notices were acknowledged, but the behavior continued. Ms. Furlan will respond through the court process and hopes the matter can be resolved peacefully. No further comment will be made at this time.”
This latest legal development marks an escalation in a conflict that has been brewing between the two parties since 2025. The roots trace back to social media drama and personal accusations.
The Mosh revealed that the drama began in May 2025 when Tommy Lee posted a cryptic Instagram message asking, “Who’s been catfished?” This prompted Radke to imply that Furlan had interacted with a fake account posing as him during her marital issues with Lee. The incident became known as the 2025 catfish scandal and created ongoing tension between the parties.
The conflict extended beyond social media exchanges. Radke later referenced the scandal in his professional work. The Mosh reported that Radke incorporated references to the catfish incident in the music video for his collaboration with Hardy titled “All My Women.” This further publicized the dispute.
The timing of the current restraining order filing appears connected to recent social media activity. The Mosh indicated that Furlan revisited the catfish scandal over the weekend. This may have prompted Radke’s legal action on Monday.
The case highlights the ongoing challenges celebrities face when personal disputes spill over into public forums and legal proceedings. Both parties now await court proceedings to resolve the matter through the legal system rather than social media platforms.
