Ronnie Radke Accuses Lizzo Of Feeding The Culture That Canceled Her

After reports revealed that Lizzo was dropped from her spot at the 2024 Super Bowl halftime show due to accusations of abuse from her former dancers, Ronnie Radke took to Twitter to criticize the singer and the cancel culture. He wrote:

“Lizzo getting canceled is a direct example of the mob eating their own, they got no one else to cancel, so they start canceling themselves.”

When a fan expressed surprise that Radke hadn’t yet faced cancellation himself, the singer explained:

“You can’t cancel someone who has logical fans; I’d hate to have a fan base made up of woke ass cry babies, crying cause someone they never met said ‘men can’t have periods.'”

The Falling In Reverse lead vocalist also posted an image of a news headline about Lizzo’s Super Bowl show to prove that the cancel culture was real. A follower commented under that:

“How do we cancel the cancel culture? We can’, too many sensitive motherf**ers these days.”

To answer, Radke added:

“Cancel culture only works on people like Lizzo because she was once a part of the mob, pandering to the woke mentality preaching equality when in reality she was doing exactly what she said she hated; that’s what most of they/them do lol, they’re all guilty, and eventually they’ll all be canceled, funny how that works out huh?”

On the other hand, some names in the industry defended Lizzo following the lawsuit and accusations from her ex-dancers. Grimes took to Twitter shortly after the news to support the singer. In a series of tweets, she wrote:

“I love Lizzo. Not saying I don’t believe people when bad things happen, but I had dancers mistreated on my watch in ways I didn’t find out about until way later. Maybe shit is bad. But loyalty matters to me. Lizzo was kind to me and others for a decade before she was ‘cool,’ and she checked in on me when no one cared. I’ve only ever seen exemplary behavior from her, especially when everyone was hating on me, and she was on top of the world.”
