Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea Shows Support To Tracii Guns For His Comments On Gun Control

Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bassist Flea shared a post on his official Twitter page showing support to L.A. Guns guitarist Tracii Guns who criticized the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution after seeing a piece of news including a mother shooting her own son while aiming to shoot a puppy.

As many of you know, the right to keep and bear arms in the United States is protected by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, therefore, individuals have the right to possess guns for the purpose of self-defense, however, this right often brings controversy to the table as not every individual carry guns for protection and as a result, there are numerous accidents happening every single day whether by accident or on purpose.

The danger of the Second Amendment was once again proven by a piece of recent news which revealed that a mother has been charged after accidentally shooting her 5-year-old son while trying to shoot a puppy that was running across the street in north Houston. The mother named Angelia Mia Vargas and her son were riding bikes with another family member down the street and they saw a puppy running, that’s when the 24-year-old mother took her gun out and aimed it at the little dog, however, the bullets ricocheted and hit the 5-year-old in the stomach.

After seeing the news, the legendary musician Tracii Guns reposted it on his official Twitter page and showed his reaction to the unbelievable incident by stating that action must be taken when it comes to gun rights. After seeing his colleague’s tweet, Flea also shared a post on his Twitter account, stating that he shares the same feelings as his friend, showing support for the idea of preventing these accidents from happening with proper gun control laws.

Here is what Tracii Guns said:

C’mon with the fucking guns already

Guns icon welcomed his old friend with a tweet and the lovely interaction of two iconic musicians melted their fans’ hearts as Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist rooted for his friend as well with a post on his official Twitter page.
