AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd shared some words that will make the fans happy.
With the new rumors of a new AC/DC tour in the near future, the drummer appeared in an interview to discuss them. Rudd was asked about the possibility of a new tour, which would be his first since 2016.
Both sharing his thoughts about upcoming shows and commenting on the rumors, he made some exciting remarks with the following words:
“I look forward to playing with them again in the future. Rock on.”
Rudd Was Dropped from the Power Trip Festival

Chris Slade took over as the drummer for AC/DC’s ‘Rock or Bust’ tour after the original drummer faced legal troubles and was replaced in 2014. With his return to the band for their 2020 comeback album, ‘Power Up,’ the drummer was supposed to take place in the recent Power Trip festival, but the band dropped him.
Instead, he was replaced by Matt Laug, known to have played with Alanis Morissette, Alice Cooper, Slash’s Snakepit, and other acts. Had he participated in the show, it would have been his first since 2016. No explanation was made for his exclusion from the show.
Rudd Is Selling His Drumkit

Despite his contributions to the band, Rudd is now selling his drum parts. The ‘love of his life,’ Toni Wilson, is facing stage four breast cancer. Apparently, the doctors told him that she would be lucky to live until Christmas. The rocker said of his friend:
“She’s the love of my life. My best friend. All the money in the world can buy you things, but it can’t buy you time.”
Aiming to do something positive for her, the rocker decided to sell off his AC/DC gear and memorabilia before Christmas and donate the money to the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
