Paul Stanley To Jimmy Page: ‘You Are The Foundation Of Everything We Do’

KISS frontman Paul Stanley recently shared a photo with Jimmy Page on his official Twitter account. He wrote that the guitarist was blown away upon seeing the pictures of their entire stage at the upcoming Download Festival.

On January 31, 2019, KISS’ ongoing final concert tour, ‘End of the Road World Tour,’ began in Vancouver, Canada. The band continued their shows throughout 2019 until the coronavirus pandemic hit the tour in 2020. The band postponed most of the 2020 shows to 2021. The group recently finished the Latin American leg of their farewell tour and then proceeded to the United States for a few shows that ended on May 19.

Currently, KISS has been going on with the European leg of the tour. It started with their show in Dortmund, Germany, on June 1 and will end in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on July 21. Then, the band will be heading toward Australia for the remaining gigs of the final concert tour. KISS is planning to end their concerts sometime in 2023. Paul Stanley came together with Jimmy Page before their England show on June 10 and shared the details of their meeting on Twitter.

In the caption of their photo together, the frontman wrote that they had a delightful time that lasted for hours in London. Stanley stated that he likes spending time with Jimmy Page. The singer also revealed that he showed the guitarist the pictures of their whole stage prepared for their shows, including the Download Festival. Jimmy Page was blown away by the photos and can’t wait to see the gig. Paul Stanley also wrote that he couldn’t do without saying to Page that he laid the foundation for his entire music.

Paul Stanley’s Twitter post read:

“Hours of great talk, laughs, and dinner with my friend Jimmy in London today. I love the times we spend together. He was blown away by photos of our full stage and thrilled for Download. I had to say, ‘Jimmy, you’re at the foundation of everything we do.'”
