Paris Jackson Admits Getting Help From Her Godfather Macaulay Culkin For The American Horror Stories Role

Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson announced that she will be in the new season of American Horror Story two weeks ago. As excited as she was, she recently confessed to E! News that she got help from Macaulay Culkin who is her Godfather and is mostly known for his leading role in the Home Alone film series. Culkin, who will also star in the new season of the series, gave Jackson advice on how to get the role.

The bond between Jackson and Culkin is known to be very strong. Culkin was a very good friend of Michael Jackson and is still very close to his family being the Godfather of three of his children. Being there for the family no matter what, Culkin was very helpful to Paris while she was trying to get a role in the series.

After signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to partake in the series, Jackson was not allowed to talk about the project with anyone. Therefore, when she needed help for her audition she went to Culkin as he had also signed the NDA.

While chatting to E! News, Paris disclosed:

“They were very, very uptight about the NDAs and things like that, but I did figure, he signed an NDA, he’s in the AHS family. I feel like if I could tell anyone, it would be him.”

She took Culkin’s advice, which was to be as expressive as she can not refraining herself from any ‘theatrical’ moves. Now that Jackson announced her joining American Horror Story, we can say that the advice was well-given and her audition was on point.

Here is what Culkin told her:

“He said overdo it at certain points, kind of like, overact and kind of make it theatrical.”

Being a successful musician, Jackson also showed her talent in being an actress. Her determination and seeking advice from Culkin allowed her to land a role in a TV series that she had been a fan of for a long time.
