While the Kanye West and Ozzy Osbourne feud has been taking over the headlines for a couple of weeks now, the Osbourne family set the record straight on their current relationship with the rapper. During a new episode on The Osbournes Podcast, Sharon Osbourne clarified their stand against Kanye by stating:

“He eventually pulled it and that’s all we have to say. We just didn’t want to be associated with anything with him because of his stance on current issues which are very important to me and your dad.”

Sharon continued her statement by insisting that Ozzy moved on from the Kanye drama:

“We didn’t want to have any association with anybody like that. And that’s the end of it, next.”

Ozzy Osbourne Refused To Have Any Association With Kanye

Earlier this year, Ozzy Osbourne released a statement targeting Kanye West for using a sample from ‘Iron Man.’ The singer insisted that Kanye used the sample even though he refused to give permission. Osbourne slammed the rapper in his message posted on Instagram:

“Kanye West asked permission to sample a section of a 1983 live performance of ‘Iron Man’ from the US Festival without vocals & was refused permission because he is an anti-Semite and has caused untold heartache to many. He went ahead and used the sample anyway at his album listening party last night. I want no association with this man!”

However, the dispute didn’t end there as Kanye issued a response to Ozzy’s accusations. He attached a photo of Sharon and Ozzy dressed as him and his wife, Bianca Censori, for Halloween and said:

“He obviously has a celebrity handler who’s on his account.”

Following the public dispute, Kanye removed the controversial ‘Iron Man’ sample from his new song. The Osbourne family confirmed the drama has ended now as Ozzy had no association with the rapper anymore.
